This design and build project is perfectly positioned on Broadlands Road and strategically situated with seamless access to the Eastern Taupo Arterial Link.
The site establishment took place on May 2022, with TW Property managing the development and design process. The overall build program totalled 84 days for the 1,500sqm self-storage multi-unit.
Our electrical and HVAC business played a pivotal role in the project’s completion, ensuring every storage unit is equipped with essential amenities. From washdown bays facilitating cleanliness to 24/7 CCTV security for enhanced surveillance, and the convenience of ventilation systems and PowerPoints in each unit.
