TW Property proudly delivered the first purpose-built facility within the Broadlands Road Development, a 47,230m² site transformed into a new commercial and industrial park in Taupō. This project marked a significant milestone, setting the standard for future developments in the area.
The build comprised two separate warehouses, sized at 2,269m² and 2,916m² respectively, each designed to support the operational needs of Hog Haulage. Both buildings included integrated office spaces, with the main office spanning 240m² and featuring multiple meeting rooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen and staff area. Ranch sliders were incorporated to allow flexible use of space, supporting both collaborative and private working environments. One warehouse also included a dedicated lunchroom, shower facilities, and truck loading zones to support the daily needs of haulage staff.
TW Property ensured the site was engineered for durability and performance, incorporating robust pavement solutions to accommodate heavy vehicle traffic. Efficient stormwater management was achieved through the installation of multiple soakage ponds, tailored to Taupō’s high wind and rainfall conditions. The development was built to meet Zone B wind exposure and Earthquake Zone 2 standards, ensuring long-term resilience and safety.
