This residential social housing development in Tūrangi, a small town 50km south-west of Taupō, was delivered on behalf Kāinga Ora. It is one of a number of social housing projects that TW Property have completed in the wider Taupō area but the first development delivered in the Tūrangi township.
The Tureiti Place development consists of five high quality dwellings including two two-bedroom single storey duplexes, two two-bedroom double storey duplexes and a two-bedroom standalone home. This project is significant in that it includes the first two-storey units that our team have delivered outside of Hawke’s Bay.
